@tdstelecom I am trying to submit a question and there's no submit button. I've even disabled my adblocker and refreshed the page. It's there until I say that I'm an existing customer and then it vanishes. What's going on?

Can’t wait to dump my VERY unreliable and SLOW @tdstelecom internet service. Unreal how bad it is. 10 yrs I have dealt with it. Put a deposit down for @SpaceXStarlink 6 weeks ago. Can’t come soon enough.

Customers deserve at least a heads up, email, something when an outage is detected. We shouldn’t have to rely on our Nextdoor app to triangulate with others and be required to call in to report an outage. Please, please try to fix how you notify customers of an outage @tdstelecom

@tdstelecom Went out again at 10:30, rep said no outage, sent a signal and we were back on. Went out again at 11. Rep said no outage - I QUOTED from online page about KNOWN outage. I'm on hold while she checks to see IF I'm affected by the outage.

@tdstelecom high pings, low speeds, the tds speedtest gateway will not load, and no word if something is wrong on your end. I've done rebooted the modem, nothing changed, signal levels are fine too.
