Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns:

We are a small boutique shop and prices are low so unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Please inspect your order upon receiptand contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging will be required to be emailed to us prior to receiving a refund as we need this evidence to provide for insurance reimbursem*nt. Also you will have to fill out a form from a verified link you will be sent. Once this is done, you will be provided a full refund when insurance clears back to your original payment method if insurance deems it was damaged during shipping. Same process for lost packages.

In some cases, we can issue a refund without insurance verification. This is on a case by case basis. If you are unable to provide a photo of the damage, we will decide if we can issue a store credit. This is also on a case by case basis.

If we have allowed a return due to our error or damage, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA:

First Class (under 1 pound), Priority Mail (over 1 pound):

Shipping is done within the USA via USPS with delivery confirmation tracking. We offer First Class shipping on orders under 1 pound and Priority Mail for orders over a pound. We also offer Priority Mail Express if needed. Orders over $25 are insured. The fee for shipping is calculated real time from the post office with a nominal fee for packaging/insurance.

If you are in the continental USA take advantage of our free shipping with orders over $99!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the USA):

First Class International (Packages weighing under 4 pounds):
Shipping is done worldwide via USPS. Most customers choose to ship via First Class International, as it is less expensive. PLEASE NOTE, if you choose that method tracking the package with the number provided is very limited and tracking essentially ends when the package leaves the USA.

With this method, there is nothing we can do if your package is stalled or seems to not be moving for a long time. Note that while your package is in transit to your country, these tracking numbers do not update and the entry shown on the USPS site reflects the last scan that was taken before the packages are sent abroad. These codes will not update again until they have reached your country.

IMPORTANT: If you select the "First Class International" shipping option, packages normally should be received within 10-14 days....but is not guaranteed and can take as long as 1-2 months. Please make sure that you are aware of this BEFORE selecting this shipping method.

Priority Mail International (Faster and fully tracked shipping method):

Priority Mail is a safer choice for international destinations but is much more expensive. It includes full tracking from the US to your address and packages are generally received between 6-10 days.

ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE FULLY INSURED FOR LOSS.

Declaration of the package will reflect it's contents and selling price in order for it to be insured fully. All customs duties and fees for the packages entry into your country must be paid by you.

We ship almost EVERYWHERE in the world with some exceptions.

Paypal does not allow orders from the US being to be shipped to a country different than what is listed in your account. If you would like to order and have shipped outside the US, you must use a Paypal account that is located in that country.
